For ER Railway Vacancy, applicants should possess Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Civil Engineering (Transportation) / Mechanical / Production / Automobile / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation and Control Engineering or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering Recognized University or Institution with good academic records. Age of applying candidates for Eastern Railway Jr Engineer Recruitment should not be below 18 years in case of all categories and must not be more than 42 years for UR category, 45 years for OBC category and 47 years for SC/ST category.
