Navrachana University (NUV) Recruitment for Various Posts 2017
• Hostel Warden:
Navrachana University (NUV) invites applications for the post of Hostel warden to manage 24 hour NUV Hostel that houses a total of 100 boys and girls in two separate floors.
Qualification : Graduate or equivalent education. Preferably a female candidate, with prior experience at University/College/High School hostel. Candidate should be willing to stay in hostel campus.
The Warden’s responsibilities include :
– Serve as a friend, supervisor and role model for hostel students.
– Communicate with parents confidently and in an articulate manner.
– Liaison well with University administration and follow University’s concerns for safety and security of students.
– Enforce discipline and ensure students follow the hostel rules and regulations.
– Coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure that the hostel is clean and take care of health and safety needs of students.
– Manage the hostel well and implement security policies.
– Coordinate quality and timely delivery of food with the mess coordinator.

• Assistant Professor (Mechanical Engineering):
Navrachana University (NUV) invites applications for the post of Assistant Professor Mechanical Engineering, School of Engineering and Technology.
Qualification and Eligibility Criteria:
1. The candidate should have good academic record with minimum first class (equivalent grade) in B.Tech / B.E as well as at M.Tech/M.E in Mechanical Engineering from UGC approved University in India, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. Candidates with Ph.D or pursuing Ph.D. will be given preference.
2. The candidate should have preferably 3-5 years of Teaching experience and should have inclination towards research.

2. The candidate should have preferably 2-4 years of experience in Teaching field, Fresher, interested in making career in the teaching field, may also apply.
